Thank you for supporting Saileela Foundation. As an NGO, we are committed to transparency and accountability in all our transactions.

📦 Donation Refund Policy

If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our cause, we will honor your request for a refund within 7 days of the original donation.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the transaction.

🔒 Note: Tax exemption certificates issued (if any) will become void if a refund is processed.

🛍️ Product Purchase Refunds (If Applicable)

For physical products purchased via our online store (if any):

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

Conditions for return eligibility:

• Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• A valid purchase receipt or order ID must be provided.

❌ Non-returnable Items

• Custom or personalized goods.

• Items that are sealed and were unsealed after delivery.

• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items.

• Items mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.

🚚 Returning Goods

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot issue refunds for items not received or damaged in transit.

🎁 Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
